Artwork setup:

1. Dielines are not necessary in your file if it a standard shape like a square or rectangle.

Dielines are required for any other shape and must be set as a Spot Color in your file.

The spot color should be named CutContour.

A PDF will be required for custom shapes. An additional charge will be asssed for incorrect file setups. Correct file setup is critical for correct cutting.

IE: if the finished size is supposed to be 2" x 2" circle, make sure your file is 2.5" x 2.5" with bleeds if necessary.

    Bleeds are necessary

2. Setup your files to be CMYK.

Gosselin will not responsible for color shifts if there are any PMS colors or RGB colors in your file. PMS colors are known to do eratic things when converted to CMYK and when transpencies are present.

3. Make sure your images are at least 150 dpi.

Any resolution lower than 150 dpi will produce results that may not be "acceptable"

4. White ink must be setup in your file as a spot color named " Spot1 ".  Any other name will not work.

5. Accepted files: .PDF

Any files received that do not meet this criteria will result in order cancellation or additional charges for file corrections and mandatory Proofs.
