Artwork setup:

1. Setup artwork size to be the same size that is ordered.

IE: if the finished size is supposed to be 4.125" x 9.5", make sure your file is 4.125" x 9.5".

    Envelopes ordered here cannot have bleeds

2. If your envelopes have spot colors, be sure that your file is not setup for CMYK.

3. Make sure all of your images are at least 150 dpi.

Any resolution lower than 150 dpi will produce results that may not be "acceptable"

4. Accepted files: .PDF only

 

Any files received that do not meet this criteria will result in order cancellation or additional charges for file corrections and mandatory Proofs.
